Quality policy aims to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services which consistently exceed the needs and expectations of its customers. This level of quality is achieved through the adoption of a system of procedures that reflect the competence of the Company to existing customers, potential customers, and independent auditing authorities. Achievement of this policy involves all staff, each of whom is individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all. This policy is provided and explained to each employee by a Director or Quality Manager.

  • To assure all equipments are in proper working condition. To keep all the tools & spare parts ready in case of any break down.
  • Follow the machine maintenance schedule. Maintain breakdown records
  • At no time will an employee be required or expected to work where conditions are unsanitary, hazardous, or dangerous to his/her health. To insure that such conditions do not exist, the company will initiate and maintain the necessary programs to prevent unsafe conditions from Arising.The Company shall conduct regular inspections of its job‐sites. Only employees that are qualified by training or experience shall be allowed to operate equipment. Tools, equipment, etc., whether company or personal and not meeting safety or health regulations will be removed from service. Operators of all heavy equipment (for example: crane, forklift, backhoe, aerial lifts, etc.) must be trained and authorized.
